This delivery and return policy (“Policy”) apply to all orders placed by you throughAppNebula website (the “AppNebula”, “Company” or “we”) in connection with the online sale and delivery of cards, bijouterie, stones, candles and other accessories (“Products”), but excluding digital products and services, which are expressly addressed in the Terms and Conditions of Use. ORDERING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. This Policy applies only to the customers from the United States of America.
By placing any order for Products through AppNebula, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Use and this Policy, which is the part of the Terms and Conditions of Use.
PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCTS
The Company may refuse or cancel any order for a Product in our sole discretion, even after receiving your order. We may also require additional information prior to accepting or processing your order.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between us will occur upon our dispatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
If you wish to make a transaction through AppNebula, you may be asked to supply certain relevant information, such as your payment and delivery information.
The Company makes reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of products, including the applicable colours, however the actual colours you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.
DELIVERY
After your payment is verified, it takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Shipping may take up to 2 weeks depending on where you are based in the US. Please note that this is only an estimate and the actual delivery of your order can be affected by many events beyond our control, and you agree we are not liable for late deliveries.
Title to the products will pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier; however, risk of loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you upon delivery of the products to you.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. We do not offer refunds for the mere reason that you are unsatisfied or unhappy with your purchase of a product for any reason. Refunds are possible only for the reasons specified in clause 3.2. below.
In the event that the Products are defective, we offer a refund if you meet the conditions set forth below. THIS RETURN RIGHT DOES NOT APPLY TO THE PURCHASE OR RENEWAL OF ANY SERVICES OR DIGITAL CONTENT. To qualify for a refund, you must meet all the following conditions:
request a refund within 30 days after receiving the item. To request a refund, you need to contact us at our support center indicating the following details: name; proof of initial payment; order details; photo of the Product clearly showing a defect; reason for refund; and
return the Product, including all parts included in its original state and packaging, no later than 30 calendar days from the date of request. The Products you are returning must be in a new, unworn and resalable condition.

If your return fails to meet any of the above conditions, we may, in our discretion, refuse to accept it.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
